Mental Health First Aid Training

In this nationally accredited course, you will learn the basics of mental health to recognise the signs and symptoms of poor mental health, where to get support for yourself and how to support others. This very popular course with help you navigate those inevitable conversations about mental health in the workplace. Delivered face to face or online.
